Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If cancellations are made 8 or more days before the start date of booking, 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellations are made 7-5 days before the start date of the booking, 25% of the total package will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 4-2 days before the start date of the booking, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 1 day before or same day of the start date of the booking, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such case will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

Refund Time

• When does Muraad decorations refund a Transaction once it is initiated?
• Muraad decorations will initiate the refund on the next working day from the day of receiving the cancellation request. It will take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect on the original mode used to pay.
• How long will the refund take to reflect in your bank account?
