Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If cancellations are made 8 or more days before the start date of booking, 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellations are made 7-5 days before the start date of the booking, 25% of the total package will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 4-2 days before the start date of the booking, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made 1 day before or the same day of the start date of the booking, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such a case will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Refund Time

• When do Muraad decorations refund a Transaction once it is initiated?
• Muraad decorations will initiate the refund on the next working day from the day of receiving the cancellation request. It will take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect on the original mode used to pay.
